1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on your location
Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days (additional charges apply)
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 additional charge
Express Shipping (Optional): ₹99 – ₹199 (based on pin code)
Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also check the status of your order under My Orders on our website.
5. Delayed Deliveries
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
Weather conditions
Courier service delays
Remote or inaccessible delivery locations
We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in such cases.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal at the doorstep, we will contact you for redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package is damaged or an item is missing upon delivery:
Report it within 48 hours of receiving the package
