*Once your return is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.


RETURNABLE ITEMS

*Item received within 15 days of order delivery.
*Item should be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

IF I GOT THE DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM:

If the received item or order is damaged or wrong, reach out to us within 24 hours of the delivery date and time with product and packaging images along with a complete (360°) unboxing video.
We will not be able to process any refund or return request if not reported to us within 24 hours with valid images and video.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of an order is possible only if the order hasn't been shipped yet. If your order has been shipped from our side, it cannot be canceled.


REFUNDS ON CANCELLATION

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment and you will receive the refund into the source account within 8-10 days from the time of order cancellation.


AVAILABLE REFUND OPTIONS:

*Refund to the original payment method.
*In case of COD orders, we will either issue an equivalent value discount voucher or transfer to your bank account depending on your choice.
*Return processing fee will be deducted from the final return amount.
*COD (cash handling) and shipping charges are not refundable.


HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ORDER OR ITEM:

*We will try to initiate a return pick-up from our logistics partner within 3-5 days of your return request.
*In case the return pick-up service is not available for your pincode address, we suggest you ship it back to us via "registered speed post" that offers complete safety, security, and tracking of the shipment.

*Please make sure that the order ID number and mobile number are clearly mentioned on the top of the packaging.


HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Within 3-5 business days after approval. Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be informed via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
