1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

• Tags, box, and invoice must be included

• Footwear should not show signs of wear or damage

Note: Items purchased during sale or clearance may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or damaged footwear

• Products without original packaging

• Customized or made-to-order shoes

• Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Call or WhatsApp us at +91 99278 66600 within 7 days of delivery

2. Share your order ID, product images, and reason for return

3. Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area)

If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the item to our return address.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund:

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

• COD Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (we’ll contact you for details)

• Shipping Charges: Non-refundable (unless the item was defective or wrong)

5. Exchange Policy

Want a different size or color?

• We offer free size exchanges (once per order), subject to availability

• Call or WhatsApp us to request an exchange within 7 days.

• We will delivered the exchange or replacement within 9-10 days

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund as per your preference.

7. Return Address

Our return address will be provided at the time of return initiation. Please do not ship without confirmation.
